費城，PHILADELPHIA。

1776年，美國人從英國手上取回政權，同年，13個州於費城宣佈獨立。第一份憲法、CONGRESS、LIBERTY BELL......全都在費城。名命為INDEPENDENCE PARK AREA的地區，其實就是由舊建築群組成的OLD CITY:狹長的鵝卵石路，靜止的街鐘，還有美國獨有的二樓TAVERN。

2008年1月20日，來到費城的早上剛巧零度。這個老城，其實也像永恆處於歷史的冰點，把美國最輝煌的過去凝結定格，拒絕融化。
